Environmental Site Assessments
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)
is used to identify potential liabilities or contaminants of concerns
associated with a property. A Phase I ESA is often required for financial
institutions when applying for a mortgage or a loan on an industrial
building or for property acquisitions.
